What We're Building.
Any size GC. The only question is whether this work is already somebody's job.
- RC‑001 Closeout Collects the closeout package — warranties, O&M manuals, as-builts, lien waivers — from the subs who owe it. Each sub uploads through a private link: no account, no password.
- RC‑002 Roster The sign-in sheet at the gate, on a QR code. Crews scan in, and you see who is on site this morning — and who isn't. An arrival log, not a time clock.
- RC‑003 Reserved Held for whatever the next narrow tool turns out to be. We would rather leave the number empty than fill it with something we have not built.
